Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.
Ship the Merchandise
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that all original tags and packing slips are included inside the box.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 7-10 business days.
